The creperie was launched by Lizeth Lopez, who brought more than a decade of hospitality and restaurant experience to this endeavor. Opening Chez Lizeth Creperie was the realization of a deeply-held dream: to create a warm, Parisian-style space where families and friends can savor healthy, delicious crepes together .

Located in Littleton, Colorado, Chez Lizeth officially opened its doors in 2024, aiming to transport its patrons to a charming Parisian café right in their own neighborhood .

EARLY RECOGNITION

Within months of opening, Chez Lizeth earned the title of Neighborhood Favorite Restaurant of 2024 on Nextdoor and won best Frensh restaurant in Mile High in 2025. This is a testament to its popularity and charm within Littleton .
